Try this fun & unique variation of decline, flat & incline push-ups to really hit the muscles in your arms, chest, back, core, & shoulders in a variety of different ways. You should be able to do basic (flat) push-ups first before you attempt these for safety reasons.

Start with your feet as high as possible performing decline push-ups as you work the height down then do one set of flat push-ups before switching over to incline push-ups working upwards. Watch the video for my demonstration. You can do this at home too if you can find some safe, sturdy surfaces that are at varying heights to hook your feet onto or you may even be able to use real stairs depending on how your stairs are situated. Do as many reps at each height for as many sets as you desire.
