All the amazing taste of a cheeseburger in no hassle, low calorie, low carb, gluten free way! This protein packed slow cooker chili is so easy and delicious it is a must try!
1 pound lean ground beef (93/7)
1 cup chopped onions (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup (low sugar kind)
1-2 tablespoons hamburger seasonings (I used McCormick)
9 dill pickle chips (diced)
1 can diced tomatoes (I used Muir Glen organic fire roasted no salt added)
1 cup low fat cheese (I used Weight Watchers Mexican blend)
As much finely chopped lettuce as your heart desires 😉
Add first 7 ingredients into a crockpot & stir. Cook on low for 7-9 hours or you can cook it on high for 4 hours or so (or until meat is cooked) if you’re in a hurry. Break up the cooked meat into bite size pieces and stir well before serving. Makes 3 servings. Add 1/3 cup cheese to each serving and as much lettuce as you want.
Per serving:

This looks really tasty- would be easy to make in crock pot too. I’ll have to try it soon! Thanks for your inspiration!
