I love my mandoline slicer. It is easy to use, inexpensive and makes the perfect thin zucchini “noodles”. I found mine in a large grocery store with all the other appliances & utensils. Once you slice the zucchini up you can easily & quickly sauté it in a little olive oil with some salt & pepper. Top zucchini with tomato sauce, cheese or simply serve it plain as a side dish.
