I love this stuff! You apply it liberally all over areas that are in need of a little extra targeting or TLC. I use it on my midsection & low back before almost every workout that I do. I also use it on my legs occasionally if they are sore. It promotes circulation, fights muscle fatigue, increases vasodilation and really makes you sweat up a storm! I have had a lot of previous back injuries and using this has resulted in much less back pain than I had before I started using it. I like the stick form since it is much more convenient and easier to apply. I don’t think this works miracles but it’s a good little tool to use that might help you get to that next level or push yourself a little harder. Oh and it smells really nice hence the name 😉
